Carlos Linares was quoted as saying, "Mayweather did not see what killed him." Both men had moments displaying resilience and strength and Linares showed higher resilience. Accordingly Mayweather loses the round. During the first ring Carlos Linares dug into Jeff Mayweather's head. We have always noticed Carlos quit. But, Mayweather overcame in moments of triumph. Mayweather admitted he did not work hard this time.
